Alison Davis has over 30 years' experience working in healthcare across the NHS, private hospitals, and pharmaceutical sectors, with more than 15 years in Clinical Homecare.
Alison joined Pharmaxo Healthcare in 2014 and was appointed to the role of Managing Director in 2016. Alison stepped in to the Pharmaxo Chief Commercial Officer role in January 2025, a newly created role designed to drive strategic engagement and long-term growth in our partnership with the NHS.
Until recently, Alison was the first elected member Chair of the National Clinical Homecare Association, a position she held for 9 years acting in an industry leadership and advisory role. Alison has also held senior positions at Medco Health Solutions.
