Supporting your care beyond the hospital
If you've been referred to Pharmaxo Healthcare, you may be receiving treatment at home, attending one of our community-based clinics, or having medicines delivered as part of your care.
We work alongside the NHS to help deliver treatment and support care outside of the hospital setting. Our role is to make care easier to access, more convenient and less disruptive to everyday life, while ensuring you remain connected to your NHS healthcare team.
Working in partnership with the NHS
Pharmaxo Healthcare has been supporting patients across the UK since 2010.
We work closely with NHS hospitals, specialist teams and healthcare professionals to deliver a range of services, including home-based nursing care, community-based clinic services, medicine delivery and patient support programmes.
While your treatment plan remains under the direction of your healthcare team, we work with them to help ensure your care is delivered safely, smoothly and in the most appropriate setting for your needs.
