Our Work Experience Programme is designed to open the door to a future in pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare, and STEM. Over four and a half days, you’ll step inside our organisation, meet the teams who keep vital medicines moving across the UK, and see the many directions your career could grow.
You'll rotate through departments including Manufacturing, Health & Safety, Pharmacy, Research & Development giving you broad exposure to the business and helping you discover where your interests and talents could take you. Whether you're passionate about science, curious about how medicines are made, or taking your first steps into the world of healthcare, this programme provides a strong foundation for your career.
Across the week, you’ll gain:

Insight into the roles, skills and future opportunities within pharmaceutical manufacturing and healthcare

Applicants should be available to attend the full programme and able to arrange their own transport, as travel support is not provided.
