Darren joined Pharmaxo Healthcare in 2022, he is an experienced operations and transformation leader with a career spanning healthcare, defence, financial services, and large-scale FMCG/e-commerce environments.
Darren began his leadership career as an officer in the Royal Air Force Logistics Branch, serving for 17 years in operational and command roles. During this time, he led diverse teams in high-pressure environments, developing a disciplined, values-led approach to leadership. He was awarded the Gill Sword in 2003, recognising excellence in leadership, professionalism, and service.
Following his military career, Darren held a number of roles including project management with the Nationwide Building Society, and senior operational roles with Amazon.
