Hanna joined Pharmaxo in 2022, progressing to her current role as Head of People & Capability UK in January 2025 under Icon Group's Commercial and Global Services division. Hanna brings a wealth of experience, including qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She is a strategic people leader, with specialist training in coaching, mediation and trauma risk management. Hanna is also a partner with Clarity 4D, leveraging her skills to enhance team dynamics, coaching and leadership development.
