Kirsteen (Kirsty) joined the Pharmaxo Group in June 2025 as General Manager for the compounding division.
Kirsty has over 27 years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply across all dose forms. Joining GSK in 1999, she quickly transitioned into leadership roles across both internal and external manufacturing operations, as well as strategy and business operations. Prior to joining Pharmaxo, Kirsty was Director of Manufacturing for a UK based biotech start up, leading the outsourced manufacture of first commercialised bispecific molecules, as well sourcing, introduction and oversight of manufacturing of clinical assets. Kirsty is a qualified executive coach with a passion for enabling people to achieve their potential.
