Inclusion of consignment number on invoice
At Bath ASU we regularly review our products and service offerings with the wish to provide the best possible support to our customers. This review covers all areas of our business from the initial order enquiry, placing the order, receipt of goods and invoice payment. It is in the latter that we have identified an improvement.
With the increasing popularity of standing orders due to the enhanced service that they offer, we are aware that matching the invoice for each instalment to the consignment isn’t as straightforward as it should be. To resolve this, we have updated our invoice layout to include the consignment number as part of each line on the invoice. Example below.
This new invoice layout will be effective from Wednesday 1st October 2025.
