“It’s about getting things right the first time”, Oliver explains. “You’re working in an environment where accuracy really matters – and knowing that what you’re doing contributes to safe and effective medicines makes it meaningful.”

“Cleanroom work relies on teamwork”, Oliver says.
We’re constantly supporting each other, double-checking processes and making sure everything is done properly. That trust and communication make even the busiest days manageable.

“The checking stages really bring it home”, Oliver explains. “You’re reviewing every detail, making sure everything is exactly right. There’s very little room for error, because even a small mistake can affect what comes next.”
